but what of the Dick life
standing outside the cafe there may be expectations
and then you go in and something happens
what you expected mostly, maybe what you intended
some have made films
some have published works
all have brought chaos to the ordered
for no end NO END
for perhaps to validate the innate continuum
you can not control what is happening
you only play a part in what you think might
so you are outside standing in the blue light of the cafe entrance
you expect to go inside and order
and perhaps stay for a few hours
but you never know the outcome
so getting there is part of it
when you left your conch shell
to swim in this stream you had no intention of drowning
though swimming does not always seem to be an option
but in fact it is the only option, and for the record
